Daryl has more than 20 years of goal-oriented management, sales and negotiation experience. In his role as Chief Consulting Officer at Emerset, he acts as a primary advisor to C-level executives of large corporations to help them successfully negotiate optimal licensing agreements.
Prior to founding Emerset almost a decade ago, Daryl worked at Microsoft® in the roles of Licensing Manager for the Enterprise & Partner Group and Group Manager for Mid-Market Organizations. This and other experience has formed the foundation of Emerset’s proprietary Clear Licensing Methodology (CLM) for conducting software licensing negotiations.

Daryl holds a BBA for Business Administration and Management from the University of West London and an MSc in Management and Information Systems from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
